"Quality Service at Competitive Prices" is more than just our
corporate motto - it's the way we do business.
We understand that
"Quality", by definition means "conforming to
requirements". Through continuous and honest communications with our
customers, vendors and team members, we are able to understand the client’s
service needs and requirements, while maintaining the integrity of the
client/vendor relationship. Our
SERV-QUAL achieved goal is 99.9%.

Teamwork: The EP-Team has become a respected name-brand
based on its ability to deliver… without over-commitment, and with an open
dialogue between client and vendor relationships, we have been successful in
gaining market acceptance.
We do not work within a
vacuum, and as each person within the group has an accepted realm of expertise,
we utilize a TEAM-approach to provide Total Customer Satisfaction. Through that
teamwork – we become stronger, and better able to serve the needs of our
employees and customers.

EP-Team depends not only on the skills, abilities and commitments of its
