Aaron Gentry is based at the Head Office in Dallas, Texas and supports the EP Team with all aspects of administration, safety, organizational development and Human Resources. 

Mr. Gentry has twelve years of senior HR leadership experience within the Global Logistics Industry.  He has an extensive background in training and development, strategic organizational design, and resource management.  

During his time within industry he has led the people management function for global freight forwarding and contract logistics projects - inclusive of training, safety and compliance programs. 

Mr. Gentry has more recently led a global HR management consulting firm where he  has provided organization design, compensation and incentive consulting, as well as Executive Recruiting services to leading global logistics companies. 

Previously he served as Vice-President / Human Resources for Exel Global Logistics' $3 Billion revenue, 16,000 person Technology & Global Freight Management Division, with the responsibility for implementing a global HR strategy for those Exel business units in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Africa.  

Prior to the above role, he served as Vice-President of Human Resources for MSAS Global Logistics in the Americas, Japan, Korea, Australia and New Zealand.  He joined MSAS Global Logistics through the acquisition of Sky-King Freight Systems in 1998, where he served in various senior roles including Corporate Vice-President of Development.

Mr. Gentry is an active member of Council of Logistics Management, the Society for Human Resource Management, has served on the National Alumni Board of the University of Dallas, and the Board of Directors for the Thomas More Center. 

He received a BA in Economics from the University of Dallas.  Married, with two (2) children, he resides in Flower Mound, Texas - a suburb of Dallas-Fort Worth.
